About Somatic Breathwork

Somatic Breathwork is an inward embodied journey. It gets you out of your head and into your body. Most of us spend so much time overthinking, replaying and repeating old stories, carrying stress we don't even realize we're holding. This work helps you discharge stuck energy by moving it thorough the body to finally let it go.

Your nervous system holds onto everything. Unresolved stress and trauma dysregulate it over time, and that shows up in your life — in your relationships, your work, your sense of self. When you clear that out through the body, things naturally shift. The nervous system settles and gets to reset, the emotional heaviness clears, and you start reconnecting with who you actually are underneath all of the noise.

The breath goes where the thinking mind cannot. It reaches the unconscious layers, the blocked emotions, the things you've been carrying without realizing it and moves them out - you'll be surprised by what moves when you give it a way out.

Somatic Breathwork refers to a somatic (physiological) practice that utilizes conscious breathing techniques to facilitate healing and personal growth by employing circular connected breathing coupled with rhythmic music to produce a cathartic release.

Using the breath you will engage your innate ability to heal and sweep out any defenses, blockages, restrictions, or pains that hold you back from who you are and how you want to show up in this world.

By combining elements of breath awareness, deep breathing, and intentional breath patterns to access and release emotional, physical, and energetic blockages in the body. This release may be in the form of moving, shaking, laughing, yelling or crying.


Somatic Breathwork promotes self-awareness, emotional integration, stress reduction, and overall well-being. 

1:1 Sessions

Virtual & In-Person

One-on-one session are personalized to fit your unique physical, emotional, and energetic needs ensuring a highly effective and supportive experience as you evolve and peel back the layers of accumulated stress and tension and re-discover your inner light. Each session begins with connection to discuss your specific intentions and goals before being guided through somatic breathwork techniques to help release stored energy, reduce stress, and cultivate a deeper connection to yourself. Whether you’re seeking emotional clarity, physical relaxation, or spiritual alignment, these sessions are tailored to support your specific journey.

In-person sessions allow for hands-on support with consent. Not each session will require hands-on support, however, many find the option for hands-on supports them to go deeper than without.

One-on-one sessions are perfect for those who feel they cannot go as deep into their own journey while in the presence of a large group. You’ll receive undivided attention, feeling seen, heard, and held in ways that are not always available in group settings.

Sessions can be held in the comfort of your home or you have the option for the sessions to be hosted at a private residency. Private settings offer a safe space for vulnerability and freedom to express and process deeply held emotions without distraction or concern of a large group.

Private sessions offer flexibility with session times and setting that work best for your schedule and preferences.

Requirements for virtual sessions include laptop or phone device able to connect to Zoom, strong and stable internet connection, headphones, and a comfortable space to lay down either on the floor or bed.

Group Sessions

Virtual & In-Person

Group sessions are a wonderful addition to deepen the intention of any retreat, workshop, or stand alone experience.

Most tension and stress stuck in the body originated in the context of relating with another person and there is something so powerful and magical when a group of souls come together to move stuck energy, release tension and tap into elevated emotional states of consciousness.

Our body is always looking for ways to complete a stress response which was never given the space and time to do so. Group sessions provide the space and support via co-regulation to complete and release stuck stress responses in the body. There is a special type of deep relaxation one can experience in the nervous system at the completion of a group session after having moved and released stagnant energy.

  • What do I wear?  

    Come dressed in breathable, loose clothing.

  • Can I participate if I have never experienced or practiced any kind of breathwork?

    Absolutely! No prior experience or training is required. You will be guided throughout the experience.

  • Is it okay to attend alone?

    Absolutely! While some attend with their friends and family, most attend solo.

  • What do I bring? 

    Water bottle and an optional small blanket to lay on (yoga mats will be provided).

    Chapstick can be very supportive if you tend to get dry mouth or lips.

  • Who can participate?

    Anyone over the age of 18.

    If you have asthma please bring your inhaler and always consult your doctor if desired. 

    If you are pregnant, have heart conditions, or have a history of seizures it is advisable to not participate.

  • What is the cost? 

    $40 - due to limited availability, group sessions have increased starting 2026.

  • How long is the experience?

    From start to finish the experience is 1.5 hours. We start with an introduction, the breathwork portion is 60 minutes, and we will have a close the experience with voluntary shares.

  • Anything else I should know? 

    Avoid heavy meals 2 hours prior to the session as it can be uncomfortable on the stomach.​
